 A Spiritual Practice for Protection and Restoration

Dear Divine Creator, Source of all love and light, I come before You to reclaim my peace, restore my strength, and protect my energy. I stand in the fullness of my power, shielded by Your divine grace. Today, I return every evil arrow, every word of malice, every action meant to harm me, back to its sender. May it be returned tenfold, as justice demands. I release myself from any ties to those who wish me harm and call upon Your protection to guard my spirit.

·     Acknowledging and Breaking the Chains of Abuse

I now recognize and reject every form of manipulation, deceit, and abuse aimed at my life. From the covert arrows of narcissistic tactics to overt emotional and spiritual attacks, I break every chain binding me to their hurtful intentions. The words of harm, the actions of betrayal, and the schemes of pain will no longer reside in my spirit. May every red flag of abuse, as revealed in truth, be returned to the sender. Their plans dissolve, and their arrows miss their mark.

·      Affirming Personal Sovereignty

I affirm: I am whole. I am strong. I am untouchable by the energies of deceit and malice. Every attempt to diminish me is nullified. Every lie spoken behind my back, every scheme to dim my light—may it reverse course now. May the harm intended for me find its way back to its origin, magnified by truth and justice.

·      Calling Out Narcissistic and Toxic Behavior

To those who act in secret, who manipulate with charm, who seek to confuse with falsehoods, your tactics are exposed. To the narcissists who gaslight, invalidate, and harm—your influence ends here. May the destruction you send return to you, and may you face the light of accountability and justice.

• Releasing Hurt and Pain

I release every pain, every betrayal, and every harm inflicted upon me. It no longer resides in my heart, my mind, or my body. I send it back to its sender, multiplied by ten. Let them feel the weight of their actions, and let my soul be free from their reach.

· Restoring Inner Peace and Power

I call upon divine energy to fill every void created by pain and betrayal. I claim my peace. I restore my joy. I rebuild my strength. Those who wish to harm me have no place in my mind or heart. I stand strong in love, in grace, and in protection.

·     Prayer for Justice

May the universe return to them what they send to me. For those who hurt me behind closed doors, speak evil in secret, or take pleasure in my pain—may they feel the fullness of what they send. Tenfold, may it return to them until they are awakened to their actions and choose to change.

·      Blessings for the Innocent

I ask blessings for myself and for those who seek to live in love and peace. May we be protected. May we be strengthened. May our spirits shine brighter in the face of darkness. I claim abundance, joy, and serenity for myself and all who walk in light.

I stand in my power, untouchable by evil. Every arrow sent to harm me has returned to its sender. My energy is pure, my spirit is strong, and I am surrounded by divine light. Thank you, Creator, for this protection, restoration, and renewal. So it is, and so it shall be.
